IDLE is operated by Dima Black Production LLC. Last updated: July 19, 2026.

Dima Black Production LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of IDLE (the Platform) to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (below) that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it on the Platform.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any district in which IDLE may be found), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your notice or counter-notification is accurate before submitting it.

6. Trademarks

This policy addresses copyright only. Concerns about trademarks, such as business names or logos, may also be sent to support@idle.business but are handled under separate legal standards.
